Description
Dosing and filling machine for cream in a single solution.

DUPLICA allows, with its double head and dosing plates, to produce any chocolate with filling.

The machine has been conceived to meet the needs of those laboratories wishing to automate a type of processing that normally requires a long time.

Its small size, ease of use and ductility of use, together with a sophisticated electronic touchscreen management exclusively designed by FBM, allows anyone to be able to produce filled pralines in a short time.

By loading the polycarbonate molds on the transport table, the machine will take care of simultaneously dosing tempered and filled chocolate on product rows with variable number of cells according to the needs (mold dimensions 275 x 175 mm).

It needs to be powered by a tempering machine or tempered chocolate.

Heated hoppers (one for chocolate and one for filling)

Double brushless motor for row movement of injection and dosing pistons
