Description
The pre-refiner for cocoa nibs is made entirely of stainless steel. It has a unique design, ease of use, low noise and excellent refining ability.
The machine is capable of producing a continuous flow, without delays, making the whole process very efficient. The refining of the cocoa nibs, after being roasted and cooled, allows to obtain a homogeneous paste or cocoa mass.
