Sfera-Chocolate Fountain

Description
The chocolate fountain is a decorative element with attention to the smallest details both on an aesthetic and technological level, ideal for embellishing a refined pastry shop or a trendy place.

Made entirely of stainless steel, the recirculation of the chocolate is carried out by means of a screw pump. The auger movement protection system allows it to be activated only when the set heating temperature is reached.

On the front steel wall, backlit, there are 7 filling trays of variable size and positioned at different heights that guarantee the waterfall effect.

Rear exit system for the chocolate and inversion of the direction of travel of the auger to facilitate cleaning of the machine.
