The machine is suitable for pouring both dense pastes such as almond paste and amaretto, and semi-dense and whipped pasta such as sponge cake, savoyard, beignets.
The casting head is ambivalent and easy to disassemble and clean. By simply changing the casting rollers, two configurations are obtained: roller and pump for thick / semi-liquid mixes.
The pouring machine is equipped with a round mold with pouring jaws, in steel, for a low-cost bag, easily available on the market.
The machine is equipped with a speed variator for the steps, the table, the cylinders and, optionally, the revolving mold.
The internal computer can be programmed for the “tray return”, “drip catcher” and “full tray” movement.
